New President, Vice-President Announced

Spencer Marshall named Club President, David Slay named Club Vice-President

We now officially have a new President and Vice President. Our President is now Spencer Marshall with his right-hand man being David Slay.

Club president Spencer Marshall

A statement from Spencer Marshall:

"We hope to work as hard as we can to help this club grow and help give all of the disc golfers a club and course to brag about to other clubs/courses. We eventually want to make our course a disc golf destination that “everyone and their mother” knows about. We know how lucky we are to have such an amazing preserve all to ourselves out there and we plan to optimize our clubs potential in the future. Many additions will be constantly being added to our course and I am very excited to see where this all leads us, with as much as we have accomplished in this 1st year I truly believe the sky is the limit. Thank you and see you at the course!"

Concrete Work Day Scheduled, Handicap update

The weekend handicap was dominated by Chad Cowsert who took 50% of the CTPs (2 of 4) as well as 1st place in the handicap. Second place went to brthday by Josh George. The other 2 CTPs were snubbed by Triple H (Handicap Head Hancho) Spencer Marshall. Aces were not to be had, so ace fund remains at $250. Scores will be posted eventually, busy with school at the moment... Congrats to club pro Billy Heath for grabbing 2nd in the Master's tourney in Cocoa over the weekend, by 12 strokes (very impressive!!!!) Also, congrats to friend of the club, our favorite non-club pro that we and every other disc golfer that knows whats up are always pulling for, "The People's Champ," Mr. John E McCray, for taking 1st place with an ACE to boot. See everyone out there on Saturday for the work day/concrete extravaganza.
